Note: Only one referral credit can be extended for each attendee.  Attendee need not attend the same workshop as the referrer, but must attend a workshop in preparation for this summer’s bar exam.  Group discount is for grouped reservations, that is, fairly concurrent individual reservations indicating the same group identity (e.g., Bob’s Group) made within a 4-day period.  Groups top out at 15 members unless the school or a student group has arranged for all members to receive a discount in advance and via separate consideration.  (So, Bob, tell Dell, aka #16, to start his own group.)  Groups cannot claim previously-reserved enrollees. And enrollees can’t claim more than one group; if you do, you’re not studying, you’re partying. Still, a group member may be credited for subsequently referring an enrollee outside the group.

No Pass-No Pay Offer

First-time takers of the CA General Bar Examination may defer much of their tuition with the payment of a $95 administrative fee, which is applied toward the total charge.  The student is not liable for the tuition balance (less credits/discounts) until November, 2009, and is only due then if the student has passed the bar.  This is not an extension of credit nor to be construed as a loan.  During the workshop student will be required to sign a credit card agreement for the balance due at the time indicated above.

Nondisclosure Agreement

The most important consideration sought from attendees is their promise not to divulge the trade secrets of the course to others.  All attendees will be required to sign an agreement to refrain from passing on the methodologies and test tips revealed during the workshop. Consequently, no recording of workshop instruction is allowed. This agreement is separate and apart from claims assertable in copyright.
