Please note that all workshops are subject to classroom availability and changes in the Bar/Bri, Bar/Bri Essay Advantage, or Kaplan-PMBR schedules.  If you’re aware of a conflict for you and your classmates, please notify us a.s.a.p. so that we might consider a work-around.  All workshops are conducted live, and questions may cause some sessions to run over.  There is an hour break for lunch.  We try to provide for free parking at all locations.  Course site, room location and directions along with FAQs re workshop logistics will be e-mailed to attendees approximately one week in advance of the appropriate workshop.

Payment is not required at the time of reservation; you pay at the door.  However, some shops “sell out” in advance and we are forced to turn away students; so, if you can’t attend a shop that you reserved earlier, please notify us so that we may guarantee admittance to someone who can.

Our highly acclaimed 3-Day workshop is our core program and features the “No Pass-No Pay” guarantee.  The 1-Day workshop was instituted three years ago in response to requests by Bar/Bri first-timers who discovered their need too late to take a June workshop; and by repeat bartakers who had scheduling conflicts with Bar/Bri’s Essay Advantage or their expensive tutorials (as we can only work around a limited number of the bar courses we try to avoid conflicts with Bar/Bri and PMBR); and by our own students who couldn’t reveal the workshop information – per the Nondisclosure Agreement they signed – but didn’t have any subsequent workshops to refer to their friends.   The 1-Day is not a “best of” program but rather a grounding in our advanced techniques and testing insights.  The 3-Day offers more practice, direction and more time to explore the different tasks being tested.  There’s no practical need to take both.

Typically, students take whichever workshop was taken by the barpassers who referred them. Most repeaters without course conflicts prefer the May-June workshops and the opportunity to practice our unique methodologies – as do many first-time bar takers who never experienced a performance test (class) during law school.  Moreover, first-timers encountering difficulties in performance test practice/assignments now have a second chance to ‘get it right’ without paying Bar/Bri hundreds more for its add-on P.T. course or pay-by-the-hour tutoring with Bar/Bri staff.  The cost of the 3-day is $395 less applicable earlybird ($50) and group discounts (varies) where first-time bartakers pay only $95 at the door per “No Pass-No Pay” with the balance deferred till after bar results and then only payable if the student passes the bar (not just the PT).  The 1-day tuition is $140 solo or $125 with a study-buddy.
